Solo Entry only - SOLO ENTRY FORM
These classes are for the more serious young musician and are highly competitive. All adjudications will reflect this. Entrants in classes 6, 7 and 8 are expected to demonstrate the ability to choose a suitable programme.
The same piece may not be played, by the same person, more than once during the festival.
Entrants must perform the same piece of music as stated on the entry form. Entrants may not change their programmed piece of music.
Concertos may NOT be played in Recital classes.

Young Recitalist |
For young musicians who wish to perform a more extended repertoire.
EITHER two or more contrasting pieces, OR a single piece, such as one movement from a sonata.
Open to any performer currently in school year 9 or under, we recommend you be at least Grade VI standard. |

Senior Recitalist |
Two or more contrasting pieces, up to the time limit. Open to any performer aged 18 or under on 31/08/2012. We recommend that entrants be at least Grade VII standard. |

Unaccompanied Bach |
For unaccompanied solo performances of the music of J.S. Bach. The piece must be a single movement.
The class is open to any performer aged 18 or under on 31/08/2012. The class is for bowed strings only. |
